The final level of the second world doesn’t pull its punches, though it’s still nowhere near as difficult as those in the later worlds. Much like on the desert world, we have to quickly rush about to secure our half of the map with the few units that we have while our replacement units are built. There’s certainly an argument to be made for allowing our infantry and vehicle factories to manufacture grunts and jeeps to begin with to bolster our unit numbers, especially while the enemy is doing the same thing. I prefer not to, relying on the units I have from the beginning to hold off the wave of grunts and jeeps while I put manufacturing time to more powerful units. Doing this allows me to secure my territories with heavier tanks and stronger infantry faster, meaning that I’m ready for when my opponent launches their first proper attacks. The third world of the game is where the opponent starts to get seriously tough. The territories are even more difficult to hold and the advantage your opponent gets is even greater then before, so you need to play that much better to stand a chance at victory. It was here that I started losing a lot the first time I ever played the game and here where I quickly learned how to better use my units, for now more then ever you need to squeeze every bit of usage out of what you've got to keep up with your opponent's early game. That your opponent is so aggressive is something you can use to your advantage, waiting for their unit numbers to dwindle so you can strike at their territories. They do like to use turrets to secure their territories, but every turret that they build is a vehicle or infantry unit that they’re not sending against you, allowing you to amass even more units. Perhaps one day I’ll start building more turrets, but that day is not today.
