The latest proceedings succeed a second rejection from the party which disqualifies him from running as a P.U.P. candidate for standard bearer of Belmopan. Not only does the seemingly constant litigation over Saldivar’s eligibility cast a dark shadow over the party, to some it also gives the impression that the P.U.P. is once again a house divided. According to Party Leader John Briceño, the case against the P.U.P. is nothing short of trivial.
