KIADB Chief Development Officer TR Swamy is unlikely to appear before the ACB sleuths today. TR Swamy has been served two notices so far. In case TR Swamy fails to appear today as well then the ACB sleuths are likely to serve the third notice. If TR Swamy fails to appear before ACB even after the 3rd notice then he is likely to be arrested. 
TR Swamy is currently hospitalised after to complained of heart ache. TR Swamy is likely to apply for an anticipatory bail. 
ACB sleuthes are currently interrogating oifficials who were close to TR Swamy ans another another official on whom they had conducted raids, Gowdaiah.
TR Swamy and Gowdaiah are likely to be suspended after ACB files its reportto the government.
