Negotiating the streets of Matteson in a downpour of snow was slow and kind of scary. I get out onto Main St. along the IC and look to my left, there's the freaking CN Budd RDC inspection car 1501!! How I managed to get here the same it did without even knowing it was coming I'll never know, but it definitely took me by surprise. Filmed December 17, 2013. Camera used: Sony HDR-CX230.
