[SCOE] Down and Dirty Prototype

A prototype of the SCOE tennis ball shooter. We're thinking this is the way to go, and I will construct a more accurate prototype in the near future (monday?) I got it shooting about 30 feet with this prototype, a properly constructed and rigid one with much less friction should shoot much farther. Using a heavier spring would also make it shoot farther, if we need to. The idea is that we'll pull the shooter back with a ratchet. We can count clicks to determine how far it's gone back, and from that use it in a calculation of how far it's going to shoot. Of course, the final version will be made so it doesn't self destruct, is smooth, quiet, strong, and adjustable. Right now it's barrel load, but we could probably manage breach loading with a servo to close the opening.
