Hi everyone, So I have decided to do a series of videos showcasing all the yummy treats I make every year to share with friends & family over the holidays!! I will be putting them all in a playlist so they will be easy to find!! https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLSCLf-lcmo5iUKvCNkxRUwlZvZ21p8eNj Sher's Butter Tarts: 1/2 cup melted butter 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 2 eggs, beaten 2 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 2/3 cup raisins Bake 15 mins @ 375 degrees F Makes about 1 1/2 dozen tarts Once cool these freeze really well! Place in Tupperware type container, separate layers with parchment paper!! Remove when needed and let defrost at room temp (they are even yummy frozen! ) Email inquiries: [email protected]
