Trainz Railfanning Sneak Peek: Trainz German Level Crossings Not Activating

I downloaded a few German level crossings from the DLS. You can find them by searching, "xbue" and "PW" in the Download Station search engine. Anyway, I can't seem to get them to activate. If you know why these crossings aren't working, please leave it in the comments. These crossings were being tested on Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019. This is a sneak peek of a future Trainz Railfanning video I'm working on. It's a fictional German route. I can't seem to find any German level crossings that I can figure out how to use, though. I had to resort to French level crossings, but that just isn't realistic, so can someone show me how to get these crossings to work.
