Help my bowling form! I am looking for some pointers...

I know im not that good, and my form is terrible. I drop my shoulder and dont stay square to the lanes, but none of my coaches have been able to help besides telling me to "stand up straight". I average just under 200, and won high school state championship in 2009, but looking to improve my game. So if you have any tips or pointers im open for them! :) Any haters, i dont care what you think.
