This is our entry for Jamie Oliver's search for a For Tube Star with Uncle Bens Competition. We grabbed some fresh seafood, vegetables, rice, spices and wine and headed out into the country side, looking for a pretty spot to make this recipe.  Feast your eyes on natures picnic as we make cheekyricho's Paella.
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg NZ greenlipped mussels
20 grams oil
100 grams spanish chorizo
130 grams garden peas
400 grams green prawns head & shell removed
200 grams firm boneless skinless fish fillets
300 grams diced chicken breast fillet
pinch of saffron threads
a glug of white wine
300 grams of sliced onions (red, brown and green)
1 litre chicken stock
350 grams long grain rice
50 grams tomato paste
400 grams sweet corn kernels
400 grams tomato pieces and their juice
1 beef stock cube
cracked pepper, a good shake of smoky paprika
1 clove chopped garlic
1 diced chilli
