Housing Ombudsman phonecall. Listen, if you have a housing problem, don't hang around waiting for these ineffectual, biro-hoarding timewasters. Just get a lawyer. For some reason they seem not to be able to enforce the law, so why they exist I'm not entirely sure. I'm at the end of their process, still homeless, still no idea what's happening with a flat for which I'm paying a grand a month. Decided to take up drinking some time ago.
