Stay whole. You are worthy. Self-love and love for others, acceptance, gratitude, forgiveness, mindfulness, and reflection are huge when it comes to untangling our mind from lower vibrations. Believe in yourself. Daily reminders: I love myself. Remember, it is easier to control our behaviors than our thoughts and feelings. Focus on the positive and whatever lifts YOU up. Good sleep, good habits, healthy good, daily exercise, mindful breathing (even 5 minutes of closing the eyes via meditating a day can help), and trust the process. Letting go to make space for new growth in consciousness. The new YOU. Visualize your greatest version and self-talk, inspiration, the heart and mind will guide you. Forgiveness allows us to untangle from past hurts, fears, and negativity that we have been holding onto. It takes time. It is a process of the mind and can relieve our body of much we've been carrying.. Forgiveness alone does not equal Total Forgiveness, so if something bothers us, we may have to forgive it more than once until it has released. The idea is to bring wholeness to where we feel half (past hurts) so that we can shift (over time) into a higher happier vibratory state of being. Trust the process. Where the mind goes, energy flows, so be mindful of the type of content you expose your mind to as well, just like the food we feed our body. Everything is connected. With time and patience, the new YOU will begin to emerge from the old (perceived) self, and a more positive manifestation of reality.
