Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner says the administration's efforts to stabilize the financial system are starting to show progress. But he said more needs to be done to help U.S. banks shed "troubled assets" so they can start lending again. As VOA's Mil Arcega reports, not everyone is convinced throwing more money at the nation's banks is the solution to fix the nation's economic problems.
