In a controversial move, the Williston (ND) city council voted to ban camping in RV's (or vehicles) within the city limits. The fine will be $500 per day if in violation. This video shows the reasoning the city council used (aka propaganda) to uphold this ban. In a town with no housing, this really limits newcomers options and remains to be seen how successful this will be.
