Ingrédients: - 7 carottes - 1 pommes de terre - 2 oignons - 3 gousses d'ail - Coriandre - Blanc de poulet - 1Tbs de beurre - Sel - Poivre noir - Turmeric - Gingembre Un peu de paprika peut être ajouté pour le goût, la couleur et la décoration. -7حبات جزر -1 بطاطا كبيرة - 2 بصل -3فصوص ثوم -قزبرة لحشيش - صدر دجاج -ملعقة كبيرة زبدة -ملح -فلفل اسود -كركم -سكنجبير يمكن اضافة القليل من البابركا للذوق للون ولتزيين
