I had cheesed this puzzle earlier, but ev_brak reuploaded a fixed version. The main trick in this puzzle is to kill the clown car, exposing the thwomp. You can then use a well-timed bomb to set off a POW and kill the thwomp to get the key. To kill the clown car holding the thwomp, you first have to get it trapped by the hidden blocks. Then, for some reason, the clown car is killed when the P-Switch timer runs out. I have no idea why or how this works, but it does.
