You know that old saying, art imitates real life?

Well, it isn’t more true than this time around with Kim Kardashian.

Rumor has it that her new cameo in Ocean’s Eight actually involves a heist. The film began shooting at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Kim was one of the stars spotted heading to set to film a scene that involves the theft of a high-end necklace in a museum bathroom.

Now we’re left to wonder if she’s just a playing a famous face in the crowd or a victim of the robbery.

As you already know, Kim face horrible fear when masked men burst in to her Paris apartment and held her at gunpoint while robbing her of 5 million dollars of jewelry.

Luckily, a great number of men and women, rumored to have been involved in the heist, have been arrested. We’re still waiting to hear if charges have been filed in that case.

Until then, Kim has plenty of method acting she can do when she films her big scene.

A rep for the reality star has declined to comment on the story.
