I was really excited to try this one. I am growing it this season and all 3 have germinated. So it was cool to try it out and kinda get psyched for it. Medium heat, kind of in the Serrano range. Fruity/Citrus flavor that literally POPs once you bite into it. It cries to me clean, fresh pairing. I want a nice piece of fish with this or maybe a pork loin. This would also go great in a salsa. Overally, great pepper to add to the garden!
