Click on the link in the description, it will bring you to this extension.

Simply add it to chrome. When completed click on the extension icon on the top right.
This will bring you to this new tab, on which you can paste an URL which you want to block.

Click on "add site" so that the website will be blocked. You can reallow it using the slider option.

You can block as many websites as you want here.

On the adult control tab you can very easily block all the websites which are adult related.
And on the second option you can block websites with specific words in the URL.

If you want to remove the extension then right-click on the extension icon at the top right and select "Remove from chrome".
