The dwarf caiman in the Zoo's Carnivore Kingdom is one of my special favorite inhabitants of the Zoo. Throughout the 150th anniversary celebration at the Zoo, he was keeping a sleepy eye on the visitors who were looking at him. When he first arrived at the Zoo, the keepers said he was one of the fiercest animals they have ever had to deal with. So I guess it's good there is thick glass separating him from me so I won't be tempted to try to pat is head.
