Oct. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Gigi Stone reports on the Manhattan real estate market. The median price for a Manhattan apartment slid 8.4 percent to $850,000 in the third-quarter from a year earlier, according to Miller Samuel Inc. The New York appraisal firm said prices will continue to fall for the next few quarters and wont recover until the Wall Street jobs market improves. (Source: Bloomberg)
