The driver of the van did not know where he was stuck at . I drove 7 miles in the wrong direction . WA. Fish & Wildlife found the van just 1 mile south of Ocean Park . The dodge tried to pull the van out and he got himself stuck . I winched both rigs out . After getting them out of the water they both started and drove .
