It's breathtaking, actually - just seeing all the buildings - and thinking of the coordination, the commitment, the support - around the world. There is so much global support for Autism Awareness. Nearly 3000 iconic buildings and landmarks in over 600 cities and over 50 countries worldwide shone a bright light on autism. April 2, is World Autism Awareness Day - declared in perpetuity by the United Nations in 2007. There is a growing movement to use blue, to commemorate the day.
