Brendan Synott, the founder of Bare Naked Granola and Evol Burritos discusses "An Evol Affair with Burritos" at the Wanderlust Festival 2010 Speakeasy. Brendan begins with his speakeasy by showing the infamous "Double Rainbow" clip just for fun. Brendan goes on to discuss how he started working at Saturday Night Live and left after meeting a high school friend again who was making granola to join her in it. The challenge for Brendan was to find out how to not only make tasty and healthy food, but to market it properly so the general audience would appreciate and eat it daily.
