Well, this one took forever. This game is great but unforgiving. I wanted to do the run on either the Saturn or PS2, but my capture card isn't really compatible with my Saturn (unless there is a way to connect it to the Hauppague that I don't know about), and my PS2 version randomly freezes on me (on both my modded, and Japanese PS2). This run was done on Shmup MAME.

I'm happy with the score, and while I pay the price for trying to show off too much I'm mostly happy with the run. For some reason the video seems to slow down a bit at parts. I don't remember that happening while I was playing.

Thanks to the ridiculously skilled J.Boorman (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCpC15DBE8BI7xwx_adwsUoQ), who gave me some encouragement when I was about to give up on recording a run for this game after the 68000th death. I also looked at Jaimers91's run, but I couldn't hope to get a score like that. 8,011,400 points? For real?

EDIT: Sorry I got impatient after so many tries that I saved the opening for the end of the video.
