Hello my Creatives!
Today I am here to share an art journal page with you. As most of you know I am going through some rough times. The best for me to deal with these feelings is to art journal about them. This page is all about accepting that you are not okay. And that it is okay that you are not okay.

The world we live in today demands from us that we are always happy and positive. It is something that sometimes really upsets me, because it is simply not how life is. I don’t know about you, but I am not happy every day. Some days I feel okay or meh or neutral. I think it is an important thing to accept these moments and be real with yourself. Isn’t it impossible to feel happy all the freaking time? I think it is impossible.
