A very special tribute to The Late Ustaad Gulam Haider Khan Jumma Khan Pathan.1932- 2018 He passed away leaving a void in the world of music and in the life of his family, friends and followers on February 21st, 2018 Requested by his disciple Mr. Vijay Kantilal Ji and his fans! A humble tribute from the heart. Ustaad Gulam Haider Khan Sahb belonged to eminent and prestigious Police Band (PSI) in Rajkot City (1960 - 1969) and later served them Baroda City (1969-1972). In Ahmedabad he served at Amrut School from 1980 to 1995. In Nausary he also taught local Indian music. In the city of Ahmedabad he performed alongside leading orchestra's and visiting artists. He was a good at the Saxophone, Trumpet, Clarinet and was at ease with all types of brass instruments. He was a good musician, a great teacher and above all else a good human being.
