I went up to Brisbane to study for my RePL and AROC certificates.. to become a registered licensed drone pilot.. with ACE Aviation.. I was very happy to say i passed all the exams and achieved both the RePL and AROC certificates .. As a bit of a reward after passing ACE Aviation organised a fly in a real plane.. courtesy of Rod Flockhart.. of Flightscope Aviation based in Archerfield. It was AMAZING to fly the real plane.. Sorry i don't have too much footage of ME actually flying it .. as well.. i was kinda busy taking care of the STICK .. at the time.. to film it.. but when the flight instructor Rory .. (smoothest landing ever) .. took over.. i managed to get some shots .. outside the window of the Eurofox we flew. Seriously .. amazing shit to fly a plane.. its like a quad in some ways only you're actually in it .. and subject to all the wind forces aswell.. you feel it all.. especially when theres a bit of turbulance at say 1000 ft.. and you drop 5meters in the air in half a second! .. its exhilerating and kinda scary all at once .. but man.. what a trip.. Thanks to Gabe and Rod @ Ace Aviation .. and all the guys i was studying with for the week, Garan, Matt, Ervin, Byron .. etc.. it was a great time and im really happy i did it.. now to get a job with that RePL and AROC certs..! :D Enjoy Music: Sense - Soaring available here: https://senseaudio.bandcamp.com/album/soaring Plane: Eurofox Instructor: Rory Flightscope Aviation Rod Flockhart.. http://flightscopeaviation.com.au/ Go and see Rod .. for an awesome time flying a real plane :) ..
