All my acrylic paints are mixed with a pouring medium in advance contained in squeeze bottles with out any addition of silicon.On a  16"x 20" canvas I begin by adding spirals that cover the whole canvas and attempt to manipulate the paint as I wish .It does do what I want so I tip the whole painting and let a third of it fall right off hoping to save something interesting.I manipulate whats left until I like what I see.
THERE IS NO SILICONE in this artwork's paint mix.I use ZERO silicon in the pre mixed colors stored in squeeze bottles with no other cell creating additive is included. Floetrol and Gac 800 (By Golden)are what I use as pouring mediums. My paint mix or  "recipe" is as follows. Add color 90%  acrylic color to 10% "Golden's" Gac 800 .Mix thoroughly (GAC 800  prevents cracking) .Add Floetrol( by "Flood") , until the mixture is double (or more ) mix thoroughly. That's the whole  recipe  .To create shimmering colors, I add also"Golden's" Iridescent pearl medium  to colors.As much as looks right . Every day I learn something new. I never stop experimenting and I am happy to share what I discover with you.#3542- wet 3544 dry
