The University System of Maryland Board of Regents Chairman Jim Brady is stepping down in wake of the investigation into the culture of the University of Maryland's football program and the death of player Jordan McNair. The board met Thursday afternoon for an emergency meeting. At the same time, University of Maryland students held a rally on the College Park campus calling for Brady to step down.
