Part I of Mountain Biking in the Umstead State Park the South Turkey Creek Trail section that connects back up to Reedy Creek Trail. Rough in places this section is great for overall fitness training. Beautiful Dec 9th day here in Raleigh in the low 70's. Very scenic with bridges and winding downhill and uphill trails. The bike, the Raleigh M80. Umstead Park is a preserved 5,400 acre park with various hiking, biking trails and canoe rentals for the lakes during the season open to the public
