NA-T engine ticking/knocking

this engine has over 317k and been running strong for over 1 1/2 years, i notice it started to tick/knock a few months ago not sure what is causing it. this is on a cold engine start but goes away after engine is fully warmed up. don't mind the exhaust leak. UPDATE: it was just a big exhaust leak where the turbo manifold meets the head, thank goodness.
