A dramatic reading of the blog "Gotta Get 16 Gamma Girls" by the Stand-Up Physicist available at Science20.com. Gamma matrices appear in relativistic quamtum field theory, a rather difficult subject. In this video blog, I go into the quaternion representation of gammas as all 16 permutations of pre- and post multiplying by one of the four basis vectors. These are split into 3 groups. The first I call the three diagonal gammas: iqi, jqj, and kqk. The next are the one-gammas because one of the multipliers is unity. The final set I call the cross-gammas because they have different basis vectors on either side. Animations of all of these are shown in the video.
