After 5 tries, mostly at 55-56 seconds, here is how fast I could go.
Using Maple Wood for a challenge, a record set by Sam Angelo at Wyoming Woodturning. BUT, some facts to consider, I'm turning at max speed 2760 rpm, Sam's turning at 4000 rpm. So, maybe, if I turned at 4000 rpm, then I'd finish this at 24.5s ;-) But, anyhow, I could NOT beat Sam's record.
