The 4000-acre Kualoa Ranch has been in the same family since 1850. It's still a cattle ranch but taking tourist on trail rides and renting its vast acreage to TV and film companies has become bigger than beef. It's where the series "Lost" was shot. Where Herve Villechaize (Tatoo from "Fantasy Island") would cry out, "De plane, De plane," and Steven Speilberg shot "Jurassic Park." Beneath the Hollywood glitter is a land of rolling hills, once sacred fish ponds of the Hawaiian royalty and enough spectacular beauty to keep you coming back for more.
