In this video we will see how to make jeera Rice / jeera pulao at home. Jeera Rice recipe is a quick and easy variety rice recipe, that can be made in a easy & quick lunch box. Also jeera rice is very aromatic and tasty. #thasniskitchen Recipe : 4 Jeera Rice recipe: Cumin seed(jeera) - 1 tspn long grained rice (Basmati) - 1 cup Water - 2 cup Ghee - 2 tspn salt to taste Coriander ( finely chopped) - 2 tblspn lemon - 1 piece cloves - 3 nos bay leaf - 1 piece Star - 1/2 piece cardamon - 1 piece Firstly wash and Soak 1 cup of Basmati Rice for 20-30 mins.Heat ghee in the pan.Add cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,bay leaves, star andcumin seeds.Now add soaked rice to the pan mix for a minute and add 2 cups of water add salt to taste,and lemon piece and mix.Close the lid and cook well (5 mins). Jeera rice is ready to be served with chicken, mutton,Dal curry or any side dish.
