18-month-old baby Elaina vanished in broad daylight from a Toledo, Ohio home while in her mother’s care. Police say they have no suspects in the case and no clues other than diaper reportedly similar to baby Elaina’s uncovered at a nearby river bank.“The diaper was found along the riverbank, but the condition of how it was found, that’s part of the investigation so I won’t go any further than that,” Captain Brad Weis of the Toledo Police Department, told Grace Wednesday night.“Is it being tested for DNA?” Grace asked.“Certainly,” Captain Brad Weis said.
