Paneer pav bhaji is a delicious twist to our regular pav bhaji. Make sure to balance the taste well with spice powders, lemon and salt. Paneer cut into tiny cubes makes it easy to blend well in the masala. You can crumble the paneer too, but I like it this way so added as tiny cubes. Use kashmiri chilli powder which is mild in spice, bright red in colour. Also red ripe tomato helps you bright red colour. Add 1/4 of a beetroot to add more colour. Since I had no stock of ginger garlic paste, I have used garlic press and grater for fresh ginger garlic paste. Garlic press is from IKEA and I got this grater from Switzerland (most of the graters have this ginger grater part) Paneer pav bhaji recipe: Ingredients: Paneer, cut into tiny cubes - 3/4 cup Onion - 1 Tomato - 2 Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Green chilli chopped - 2 Capsicum - 1/2 Potato - 1 Carrot - 1 Beans - 9 Green peas - 1/4 cup Cauliflower florets - 1/2 cup Kashmiri Red chilli powder- 1 & 1/tsp Pav bhaji masala - 2 tsp Turmeric - 1/4 tsp Lemon juice - 2 tsp Coriander leaves, chopped - 2 tbsp Salt - as needed Butter - 1 tbsp To serve Raw onions chopped, Lemon wedge, Coriander leaves chopped Butter Detailed post :
