Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
1.5 katori/bowl rice, boiled till 75% cooked. 1/2 tsp of salt added
3 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 katori/bowl frozen green peas
2 medium-sized carrots, grated
1 med sized capsicum cut into medium-thick slices
1 med sized onion, chopped in med sized pieces
1 katori/bowl frozen sweet corn
1 tsp salt
