Our one day tour of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), including the Presidential Palace grounds (where the NVA tank crashed the gates to end the war), Notre Dame Church and the city Post Office. Keep an eye out for the city's guards in green uniform who are there just to help people get across the busy streets where there are more scooters than in Hanoi.
