(25 Oct 2018) SOFIA VERGARA TOPS FORBES' ANNUAL HIGHEST-PAID ACTRESS LIST "Modern Family" actress Sofia Vergara is the highest paid TV actress, according to Forbes. Vergara earned $42.5million pre-tax - and topped the list for the seventh year in a row. The actress plays Gloria in "Modern Family" which has been running since 2009. Kaley Cuoco of "The Big Bang Theory" fame was second with an income of $24.5 million, with Ellen Pompeo from "Grey's Anatomy" third on the list earning $23.5 million.
