$3,900,000 is the asking price for this six-bedroom gem on a 6.47-acre lot, nestled on the edge of Wilson Lake outside of Florence, Alabama. If the lake isn’t enough to enjoy, it has two pools.

The estate is ideal for nature lovers. Windows throughout the house provide spectacular views of the lake and surrounding area. Additionally, there’s an indoor garden for when it’s just too hot to go outside, since it’s the South and it gets hot.

This place has some spunk, or as Betsy says, “Flora, fauna, and funk.” The master bedroom overlooking the lake is the perfect place to curl up and read a book after a long day on the boat. It’s the perfect winter getaway, too. Warm up next to the fireplace with “fire balls” and bask in the sun next to the numerous windows.

The home makes some bold interior statements. Pink tiles in the bathroom with tiled tubs, quirky wood paneling on some of the bedroom walls, an all-white kitchen—it has personality, though it’s not quite to the taste of Betsy and Katherine. But they’re willing to ignore their complaints, since they just want to be at the lake on a boat.

Oh yeah, did we mention the two docks and the helicopter pad?
