TUG 0.8.4 - Useful Things: Bow Updated and it's progress

I wanted to show off just where I've gotten with the bow as of late. The last few days I've nerfed it's nearly full-auto fire rate. It won't have a 3 second reload time, but I made a cool reload progress bar for it I wanted to show. At this point I just need to fix the arrow's collision and clean things up.
