Mr.Dol talks about his fundamental belief in the values of dedication, sincerity and courage to face problems head on, while recounting the personal experiences that made him what he is today. "Those who have nothing to lose are born winners." This isn't just a fancy saying for Mr. Suresh Dol, but a dogma by which he has lived his life. Belonging to an economically challenged background, he lost his father at the age of two. Throughout his life, he has faced hurdles in availing opportunities for his education. His passion for engineering led to him training at the ITI, before becoming a trainee at a major electronics company. And little did he know that this was the start of a meteoric rise, culminating with him running a company worth hundreds of crores.
