Do you remember your first answer to the question - what do you want to do when you grow up? If so, did you follow that path, did you become what you wanted to be or did life take you on a different journey? Either way, have you taken the time to consider whether you are walking down a path that is true to you and your personal values? If not, now is the time to step back and evaluate who you are, what you value and what you stand for. This is your life journey. Make sure you are on the path that is right for you now rather than later. Louis is a Solicitor-Advocate and Head of Department at a Chattertons Solicitors, specialising in matters of Immigration, Nationality and Human Rights. In his day-to-day work, he helps to bring families together in the UK and assists businesses with plugging skills gaps in the workforce through international recruitment. He is quickly building a reputation for being the first port of call for personal and personnel advice on Brexit. Louis's career trajectory has been achieved as a result of rapid personal growth, personal development and confidence-building – and he is eager to discuss what he has learnt along that journey. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
