In this Astroneer 0.8.0 gameplay video for the June 2018 update, we playthrough the new tutorial added to the game, which sets you on a dedicated miniature tutorial planet and challenges you to escape in a shuttle.

The new Astroneer tutorial starts you with a broken oxygen supply and no terrain tool, and guides you through making tethers, researching stuff, hooking up power lines, building with the terrain tool, exploring caves and launching shuttles. It also debuts a new schematic chest hidden in the caves, along with a strange tree of replenishable organics.
