Airports are feeling the rush this holiday week, and AAA Mid-Atlantic expects the largest increase in travel to be by air. Travelers aren't alone. The pre-Thanksgiving travel rush is already in full swing. AAA Mid-Atlantic predicts 54 million Americans, including more than 1 million Marylanders, are heading out of town. The vast majority will travel by car, which means traffic Tuesday and Wednesday.
