You saw the fps in-game so you know what you will get, but here is a little extra information. Keep in mind that only while recording did the fps reach a low lower than 30fps. When not recording, your fps will mainly keep at around 40 fps unless you get into a zone with like 2000 player fighting at once, but to be honest, that doesn't happen often! So, when not recording, you would pretty much jump up 10fps, and, believe me, that extra fps is nice.
