As high speed internet access gains momentum, society needs to be aware of its potential threats. Bullying, cyber-bullying, child porn and sexting by teens and young adults, are just some of the risks tech-savvy youth are faced with. The Deputy Minister of Communications and representatives from the Film and Publication Board, on Sunday highlighted these concerns when addressing learners, teachers and parents in Uitenhage, in the Eastern Cape.
