The rising cost of living is hurting a growing number of Americans, especially those who live on fixed incomes. Among the hardest hit are retirees. More and more are finding that the money they set aside for their golden years may not be enough to take care of their needs. It's an issue an estimated 46 million Americans will grapple with as they reach retirement age this year. VOA's Mil Arcega reports.
