Just a simple tutorial about the basics of creating a hyperlapse. The footage used in this tutorial was challenging, i wasn't able to aim at the same spot on each frame because i didn't see it well. At the following Hyperlapse-takes i took more time and zoomed on each frame in to find the right target, so the output was a lot better. Take your time, don't haste! Be patient, it pays of. If you want to do a daylight hyperlapse, use a timer. For practicing, start with nightshots. Takes more time, ok, but you dont have troubles with clouds blocking the sun (causes flickering), moving shadows and day-night transition. Here you will find the Tools you need: Virtual Dub: http://www.virtualdub.org/ ...and the Deshaker Plugin: http://www.guthspot.se/video/deshaker.htm (sorry folks, only for PC) All the Tools are for free, the deshaker plugin is outstanding! Hope this hints and tips will be helpful. Don't hesitate and post your work here! Have fun! And don't get mad at comments from bystanders while shooting a hyperlapse... ;-)
